For many women, our own health and wellness often takes a back seat to the needs of those around us. Many of us typically put the needs of others before our own, but constantly tending to children, spouses, aging parents, and even co-workers or staff can leave us feeling burned out, exhausted, depressed, and even physically ill.

With the ever-increasing demands on our time, many women are facing an energy crisis. Stress depletes the body of vital energy, resulting in a number of issues, most commonly fatigue and low energy. American women list fatigue as one of their top five health concerns. While fatigue has a major impact on quality of life and can often interfere with activities of daily living, it’s important to remember that fatigue itself is not a disease, but a symptom that something else in our lives is out of balance. What you eat, how much you sleep, how much you exercise, and even how much time you devote to your own emotional and spiritual needs all have an effect on your energy level and your overall health.

As your health coach, I will support you in making positive life changes. I will partner with you to create a personalized wellness plan that helps bring your life in balance, and provide you with weekly coaching throughout the duration of your program. I believe that our ability to be productive and fully engaged in our lives is a direct result of our emotional, psychological and physical well-being. Thus, my approach is tailored to the address the needs of the whole person.
