With all of the stress we are being confronted with in our daily lives today, I felt inspired to create a space for women to breathe, unwind and reconnect with themselves. For many of us, our own health and wellness often takes a back seat to the needs of others. We typically put the needs of our loved ones before our own, but constantly tending to others without refueling ourselves can leave us feeling burned out, exhausted, depressed and even physically ill.

My website offers practical tools that you can use daily for self-care, I have also created a blog with information rich articles, yummy plant-based recipes, tips for stress reduction, etc. Very soon, I will be offering guided meditations and classes, so please follow me on facebook so I can keep you posted.
