Join me in making a small change that can lead to big results! Have you ever set out to make several changes at once, only to feel let down when your goals were not achieved? When this happens, we begin to lose confidence in ourselves and doubt if we can ever truly change – I am speaking from personal experience.
I believe sustainable change is achievable, and it does not need to be drastic or uncomfortable! By making one small change at a time, there is a higher probability that your change will last. Some research suggests that a new behavior can be formed within 21 days, and I have also read studies suggesting up to 66 days. Regardless of how long it takes, the key is consistency and committing to your small change each day. I also believe that making a change that is rooted in some sense of meaning and purpose will also support you in making changes that last.

During this program, we’ll identify the one area that can have the biggest impact on your life or your health, or that can help you move towards your biggest goal. We’ll develop a plan of action for making one small change, and commit to continuing that change throughout the month of August. I am confident that as you achieve success with your goal, you’ll be motivated to make further improvements in your life that continue to drive you towards significant and sustainable change.
