Thulani DeMarsay is a highly experienced leadership coach specializing in contemplative leadership development. Drawing on mindfulness-based practices, Thulani helps leaders and their teams build the inner capacity necessary to guide their organizations through times of uncertainty and change. Her expertise is rooted in her doctoral research, which explored the intersection between leadership and contemplative practices.

Thulani is also the author of An Invitation to Contemplative Leadership, a powerful guide to help individuals lead with self-awareness and inner wisdom.
